I wanted to let you know how much I value your time and attention for the coaching sessions. You’re open nature allowed me to feel totally at ease discussing the things that, in my opinion, thwart my attempts at inner peace. I have the book you recommended on order. The things I found most useful about our sessions were helping me to identify and be more mindful of how my body shows me what to do if I listen to it, helping me commit to self-care and providing information for avenues I have not yet explored, and for reminding me that I can give myself permission.
